Develop a product
Turn a recurring domain problem into a system people can use. Practice Tracker explores how document status, requests and client responses can support an accounting firm’s next decision.
Our vision
Vento is an interdisciplinary technology company connecting AI, software, sensing and embedded control. We develop our own products and build with partners, working across business decisions and the physical world.
The idea behind Vento
A classification suggestion needs source evidence and a reviewer, as in Travio. A site signal needs a route to staff response. A machine needs perception and control to turn observations into motion. The engineering lies in how these parts work together.
Our deep-tech ambition is to turn difficult engineering questions into useful products. We start with the uncertainty, build a focused prototype and evaluate the combined system under defined conditions. Domain knowledge shapes what to test and what a useful result would mean.
How the work develops
A recurring need can become a product. A technical unknown may first need a prototype. The next step depends on what the engineering has to establish.

02
Bring the technical problem and domain context together. In Travio, Vento connects SAP material data, classification suggestions and supporting references for an importer’s review process.
03
How should a machine respond to uncertain or delayed inputs? Our Autonomy prototypes examine camera-guided navigation and controller firmware before considering wider applications.
Evidence guides the next step
Define the conditions the system must work in and the evidence needed to judge it. Test the uncertain part before expanding the scope, then examine how it behaves when connected to the rest of the system.
For Private AI, model assessment weighs output quality against response time, compute and data boundaries. In Travio, a reviewer needs to inspect the references behind a suggestion. In Autonomy research, uncertain observations and delayed inputs raise questions about control behaviour. Each calls for its own evaluation, from component performance to the person using the result.
